Chef Wes, a Philly native, forged his skills in popular kitchens in Philadelphia before moving to Los Angeles in 2010 to open one of the most popular comfort food restaurants and beer bars in the history of the city, Beer Belly (2011 - 2018)
After Beer Belly closed in 2018, Chef Wes has opened multiple restaurants & concepts in Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Chicago, & Berlin, Germany.
Chef Wes has also joined forces with Top Ranked Health System, Edward Elmhurst Health, right outside of Chicago to focus on creating a new culinary experience for patients and customers in the area.
Wes is also the founder of Burnt TV a new Food Entertainment Channel that will be broadcast all over social media, and eventually feature chefs, home cooks, and foodies from around the world.
